Where is it located?

We are located about a mile off exit 76 on I20 in the Tuscaloosa, AL area.



Going through the haunted house:


Is it scary?

Yes


How long does it take to go through the Haunt?

Approximately 15 minutes


How long is the wait?

Wait times vary. Saturdays are usually our busiest nights and the last 2 weekends in October will have the longest lines. Fast Passes are available onsite if you want to avoid the wait.


Do the actors touch you?

The actors will not touch you. However, they do get very close. Occasionally you may brush up against their costumes or props. You may also come in contact with some of the sets.


Are there clowns?

Yes


Is there a chainsaw?

Yes


Do you use strobe lights?

Yes


Do you use fog machines?

Yes


Do any places require crawling?

No


Is the haunt indoors?

Yes


When is the Haunted House open?

We are open select dates during the Halloween season usually including all weekends in October. Check our Calendar page for Dates and Times.


Do you have security?

We do have security onsite.


Cameras, videos, flashlights, and laser pointers are not allowed in the haunted house. Touching our actors is not allowed. No weapons, pets are alcoholic beverages are allowed onsite.



Things to know before purchasing ticket:


Are there any age restrictions?

13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.


Is it wheelchair accessible?

Yes


Can a pregnant person enter?

Enter at your own risk. The Horror is not recommended for visitors who are pregnant, have heart conditions, or are in general bad health.


Is the waiting area inside?

Part of the waiting area is outside. We recommend checking the weather before you come and you dress appropriately. Portable Heaters are placed in the waiting area as needed.


Open rain or shine?

Yes. We recommend checking the weather forecast before visiting and grabbing a raincoat if needed. Part of the wait is outside and umbrellas are not allowed.


Do you take credit cards?

Yes. Cash and cards are accepted.


How long is the wait?

Wait times vary but get longer as we get closer to Halloween. Fast passes are available for purchase onsite.


Is there parking available?

Yes, there is a $5 charge per car for parking due when you arrive at the event. You will receive a ticket for $5 off one item of merchandise. See our parking tab for a map and additional information.


Is my time guaranteed?

Times are not guaranteed but we try to keep things moving smoothly and quickly. We do have fast passes available onsite.


Will my ticket be honored if I arrive late?

All tickets will be honored for that day if you arrive before we shut down.



Purchasing Tickets:


Can you buy tickets online?

Yes.


Can you buy tickets in person?

Yes. Cash and cards are accepted.


Are groups discounts available?

Group discounts for 20 or more people are available if purchased online. Reach out via our contact link for the discount.


Are there first responder discounts?

Watch our social media for discounts on first responder nights. We also have school employee nights. ID is required.



When You Arrive:


After parking you will take a trailer up to the ticket booth.


Everyone must check in at the ticket booth for a wrist band.


A guard will let you into the waiting area.



While You Wait:


Can I take pictures?

Pictures are not allowed inside the Haunt. We do have free photo opportunities in the waiting area.


Do you sell snacks?

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?

No


Are there bathrooms?

Port-a-potty facilities are provided in the waiting area.


Can I wait in the snack area while my kids go through?

Yes. Once they go into the haunted house you will need to go to the merchandise area behind the haunted house to pick them up.


Is there a smoking area?

Yes


We also have axe throwing, snacks and merchandise available for purchase onsite. ID and Waivers are required for axe throwing. Parents must sign waivers for anyone under 18. See our while you wait tab for additional information.



Lost Items:


Where is lost and found?

In the merchandise room. Ask merchandise assistants for help.


We suggest having no loose items. We are unable to look for lost items until the last guest has been through the haunt that day.
